Every girl to ever walk the planet has encountered the big bad beast of self image. We don't know if we are pretty enough, curvy enough, thin enough, tall enough or cool enough. Once the seed is planted in our minds it grows and grows until we become obsessed with other people's impression of whether it be on the inside or the outside. I don't know about you, but there is nothing more defeating, dissappointing and unfruitful than trying to live up to what we think others expect of us. Often it is not even true that others want us to be different, it is all in our heads. But the good news is...other girls and women and even God knows how hard it is to be a girl so there are plenty of resources out there.
