John 8:32 "...and the truth shall set you free." If you are addicted to anything; fantasy, substances, attention, sin- the first step to overcome that addiction is to admit it to yourself. Tell yourself "I have a problem and I need to do something about it. After that you can get to the root of the problem and tackle it head on.
